FFU description

FFU is abbreviation of Fan Filter Unit. lt is a modular terminal air supply devicewithits own power and filtering effect, lts main function is to inhale the air from thetopof the FFU by the fan and filter it by HEPA, and the filtered clean air is evenlysentout at the air velocity of 0.45m/s+20% on the entire air outlet surface to meetthecleanliness requirements of the clean environment. lt is mainly installed onceilingkeels and equipment machines in clean areas and working areas.

The FFU can be modularly connected and used, making the FFU widely used in clean rooms, dust-free consoles, dust-free production lines, assembled clean rooms, and local 100-class applications. FFU has an early and high-efficiency two-stage filter. The fan draws in air from the top of the FFU and is filtered by a primary and high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is delivered at a constant speed of 0.45 M/S±20% across the entire outlet surface. It provides high-quality clean air for clean rooms and micro-environments of different sizes, different cleanliness levels.
