1. Flushing experiment of marine mushroom-shaped ventilator:
Use a nozzle with a diameter of not less than 12.5, the water pressure is not less than 0.25Mpa, and then flush with the ventilator not exceeding 1.5mm. The flushing time is 3min. The result should be consistent with the "waterless beads in all parts, the sealing packing is in contact with the air cylinder. The width of the indentation is not less than 0.5t (t is the thickness of the cylinder body).
2. Imprint experiment of marine mushroom-shaped ventilator:
At the weathertight sealing packing, evenly apply white powder, close the weathertight cover, and then open it to check the width of the indentation of the sealing packing in contact with the edge of the air cylinder. The result should meet the requirements of 4.7.
3. Appearance inspection of marine mushroom ventilator:
