what is an ADSS cable?
stands for All Die-Electric Self Supporting cable. It is a kind of fiber optic cable that can support itself between structures without the use of conductive metal parts. With a maximum of 144 fibers, ADSS cables can support both single mode and multimode fibers. From pole-to-building to town-to-town deployments, ADSS fiber optic cable is designed for duct applications in local and outside plant aerial and campus network loop topologies. A full transmission circuit architecture with high-reliability performance is provided by the cabling system, which includes cables, suspension, dead-end, and termination enclosures.
