Product Description:

Polyester materials such as PTA and EG undergo polymerization at high temperature and pressure to convert them into gel polymer.

Once this process is complete, the polymer is spun and drawn, resulting in staple fibers which are cut to resemble cotton or form filament yarns when made into yarn.

Staple fibers are heavily utilized in various industries, including clothing and textiles. They can be used for filling in clothing, bedding, furniture, as well as for spinning after twisting into yarn. Additionally, staple fibers can be compressed into non-woven fabrics for use in industries such as automobile, construction, furniture, sanitary materials, and agriculture, thus broadening their range of applications.

Technical Parameters:

A conjugate fiber can maintain its hollow form, which is achieved by utilizing heterogeneous polymer and a 3D crimp. This product includes a variant that has an extra soft feeling due to special silicon processing. Furthermore, there is a variant with a flame retardant property and slick touch achieved via special oiling agent processing.


Applications:

At high temperatures and pressure, polyester materials such as PTA and EG undergo polymerization, transforming into gel polymer.

Once the spinning and drawing processes are complete, the polymer can then be cut short into staple fibers resembling cotton or transformed into filament yarn when twisted into yarn form.

Staple fibers have a broad range of applications, from industrial usage to the creation of clothing. The fibers are used not only to fill clothing, bedding, and furniture in the form of cotton but can also be transformed into non-woven fabrics via compression. These fabrics are then used in various industries, such as automobiles, construction, furniture, sanitary products, and agriculture, as the scope of their applications continues to widen.
