1. Application for Width 10～300mm Metal Tape (Steel-Aluminum Tape) Accumulator Device:

  • The width of both sides of the plate can be adjusted for 15 ~ 150mm, and parallel, in and out of the two sides of the belt with stainless steel side;

  • Structural forms: horizontal structure, sets into the belt, the belt guiding device, when the store with one cylinder pressure set by the guide roll and rubber guide roll (compaction force gauge visual display, adjustable), make the steel belt in the pressure under the action of friction, smooth fast reservoir belt, tape storage box by two pieces of 15 mm thick organic glass for positioning and clamping.A set of cylinder pressing mechanism controlled by the throttle valve acts between the steel and aluminum belts to ensure that the cylinder moves slowly until the guide roller is pressed. The driving force of the storage belt adopts frequency conversion motor and frequency conversion control, which can adjust the speed of the storage belt and display the storage time and frequency.Install anti-stacking device at the outlet of the belt storage device.
