1. Structure for 12 Heads Optical Fiber Motorized Pay-Off Machine:

One cabinet contains four fiber heads and three wire cabinets.Suspension shaft structure, clamp sleeve,Multi-wheel choreographer control sync signal,The driver adopts the dongguan universal 750KW ac motor and DANFOSS frequency conversion system,The spool is treated with abrasion resistance, and all the guides are treated with hard anodic oxidation. Optical fiber disk locking device, the structure is spring ball.It has the function of fiber - cutting alarm.

2. Specification for 2/4/6/ Heads Optical Fiber Motorized Pay-Off Machine:

Suspension type pay off,pay off unit have separately control switch.The constant tension pay off ,is equipped with the upper and lower limit of the dance wheel, the alarm of the drive failure and the automatic response stop function.Swing lever type weight to adjust tension, wheel groove surface smooth.
