We have 100% quality assurance, excellent engineers, and a production after-service team. Not only do we provide machines, but also we provide the technology for how to produce optical cables. All the machine we will commission first in our factory, and only when everything confirms ok, then we will deliver to our customer.

To better control the delivery time and quality of the machine, we have our painting room, wire-cutting workshop, polishing workshop, and electrical processing workshop.

PRE-SALE TRAINING:

To guarantee the customers are able fully to operate the machine, if the customer needs, we can help with customer training, which includes:

(1) Correct operating mode

(2) Correct maintenance way

(3) Remove the simple problem

Our company for our machine product, Since the shipment date, our company's free after-sale maintenance service guarantee period is:

A: 1 year for mechanical part, The supplier is responsible for the condition and term of quality: the warranty is for one year and lifelong maintenance(since the products have been installed in the buyer's factory) based on technique condition, during the warranty, the supplier shall take the change of parts free of charge due to quality elements. Unless otherwise caused by other reasons, the buyer shall pay the cost of the parts themselves. All these two conditions, If the buyer wants the supplier to send an engineer, the buyer Shall be responsible for the round-transportation expenses and accommodation expenses, and other related expenses(such as the visa fee) for the staff sent by the seller, while the supplier assigns relevant technicians and provides machine parts.

B: 6 months for the electrical part.

C: After we receive buyer problem feedback, we will give a solution within 24 hours. About spare parts delivery time, pls check another document for reference. If need we sent an engineer to the buyer's factory, once we get the visa, we will arrange for one week. Pls, check and consider.
