EGV2730: Combo Mat Of Surfac Mat And Stitched Mat ISO 9000 For Pultrusion, RTM And Continuous Plate Forming Process

Introduction:

Combo mat of EGV2730 with a layer of stitch mat 270g/m2 adding 30g/m2 suface tissue to applied in RTM process

Features:

● Solve the problems of easy break, wrinkle and other symptoms when the polyester veil is separately moulding

● Effcientively improve the appearance of products, improve the resin content of the surface to the products

● Enhance the weatherability of products with UV-resistant surface

Application:

● Compatiable with reinforeced unsaturated polyester resin, vinlylester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane resin etc.

● Forming process includes pultrusion, RTM, continuous plate process etc.

● The typical end-use applications are PU pultruded profile, antenna radome, cable tray, panel etc.
