Basic introduction
FSCUT4000 laser cutting system is a high-speed, high-precision full-closed-loop laser control system independently developed earlier in China. Advanced functions such as automatic adjustment, cross-coupling control, intelligent perforation are supported.

Arbitrary combination of subsection or progressive, fixed height zoom perforation and other intelligent perforation methods.
Support pre-piercing, grouping pre-piercing, cooling point, stop light blowing, sharp corner ring cutting and other thick plate processes.
Support flying car detection, automatic adjustment, capacitive edge finding, electric focusing, exchange table, multi-task processing, automatic layout, flying cutting, leapfrog, two-dimensional code, cutting line, maintenance and other advanced functional modules.
Supports automation applications such as simple scheduling, virtual multi-station, and scanning code.
Support starting, closing and fine cutting processes.
2.Control
The closed-loop control system adopts the fourth-generation motion control algorithm of Bochu.
Control accuracy 0.005mm, actual trajectory accuracy 0.01mm, positioning accuracy 0.001mm, repeat positioning accuracy 0.002mm.
Maximum cutting speed 80m/min. Maximum air moving speed 200m/min.
Maximum acceleration 2.5G.
Allah's slave axis dual drive, each axis cross-coupling control, speed and acceleration look-ahead.
