Basic introduction
The FSCUT1000S system is a set of low-cost fiber laser cutting solutions tailored on the FSCUT2000C medium-power laser cutting system. The system combines the motion control card and the capacitor height controller into one, and is a special laser cutting system with high cost performance.

1.Craft
Supports up to two levels of perforation.
Only supports the communication of domestic lasers such as Raycus, Maxphotonics and Feibo.
Support flying cutting, leapfrog.
Capacitive edge finding is not supported; the expansion board can support electric focus adjustment and double exchange worktables; support simple layout.
Advanced processes such as cooling spots, sharp corners, and release corners are not supported.
2.Control
Track accuracy 0.05mm, positioning accuracy 0.01mm.
Maximum cutting speed 100m/min, maximum idle speed 100m/min.
Maximum acceleration 1G.
Does not support dual-drive error alarm and pitch compensation functions.
The origin signal is not supported, only the limit signal is sampled when returning to the origin.
Applicable Industries
It is suitable for low-power fiber laser cutting machines within 1500W, and is widely used in laser processing equipment for thin metals such as the advertising industry.
