The glass cutting machine refers to a processing machine dedicated to glass processing and blanking, including two types of air-floating film feeding table and double-bridge vertical cutting table. The glass cutting production line consists of the upper filming table, the computer cutting machine, the smashing machine and the lower filming stage. The whole process of the assembly line is controlled by computer, with high automation and convenient maintenance. The complete solution for automatic glass cutting supports custom customization and enables automatic glass cutting of the production line. This large glass cutter cuts glass from 3 to 19 mm thick, with a transfer speed of 0-40 m / min (adjustable) and a maximum load of 1200 Kgs. And imported servo motor and CNC controller, through computer CAD drawing, glass cutter can realize various glass optimized cutting, more convenient operation and more stable performance.


※Product Features of Large Glass Cutter

1. Mechanical flipping, fast running speed and stable operation; glass frame can be satisfied at various angles, and the turning angle is adjustable from 95 to 98 degrees.

2. The suction depth is 700mm, the suction cup can be extended to 150mm, and it can be loaded directly from the iron frame without any auxiliary frame.

3. The cutting head can be rotated 360 degrees, and the upper and lower cutting can accurately cut any straight line and various shaped glass.

4. Imported industrial felt (fiber and wool) with good flatness and antistatic properties to reduce glass scratches.
