As the high-tech product, Dynamic CO2 Laser Marking Machine adopts the technologies of Laser, Optics, Precision Machinery, Electronic technology, PC software technology and Cooling Project.

The machine adopts the 10.64um CO2 laser source, which can satisfy the application in different industries such as marking, cutting, engraving, color removal, paint processing, material micro-processing and etc. The equipment adopts Aluminum frame structure, and the latest motor driving in the whole worktable platform to ensure the stable qualities. The adjustment of laser optical path is droven by two galvanometer motors(XY), and the third axis is droven by pre-scanning gathered system to make a wildly adjustment for focus distance.

Machine Feature :

1) Full sealed and maintenance-free laser optic system which key components all imported from USA or UK, realizes usage at installation without adjustment.
2) The coherent RF laser, imported from the USA, is characterized by large power, high-quality light spot, excellent performance, stable power and long service life(20k hours).
3) The 3 axis laser scanning system features compact construction, dust-proof, convenient and accurate installation, strong anti-jamming ability, etc.
4) The heat elimination method of the scanning motor and the drive board has been taken into full consideration during the design of the system, so as to ensure the stability of the system under long-hours working condition.
5) High-precision and high-speed marking/cutting, efficiency is 20% higher than other similar models.
6) This equipment can run more stably and with even longer service life by utilizing water cooling on both the RF laser and extender lens.
7) USB interface bus has been adopted for the control card, which supports offline operation, stepper motor with X, Y, Z and R axis (X, Y and Z axis linked.), support start-up and stopping marking by external control.
8) Rotary worktable system is optional, thus, accomplish marking on cambered surface.
9) Strong graphics drawing and editing functions enable direct marking of color graphic or marking after color convert from RGB to grey scale.
10) Under WINDOWS interface, compatible with files outputted from software such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP etc. Support PLT, AI, DXF, BMP and other documents, directly using SHX, TTF font.
