operations
choose the cable loop with proper outer diameter and let it go through the optical cable. Peel the cable , take off the outer and inner housing, as well as loose-contract tube, and wash off the filling grease, leaving 1.1~1.6m fiber and 30~50mm steel core.
Tighten the cable pressing card, fix the cable and "cable reinforce steel core". If the cables diameter ≤10mm, bind the cables with adhesive tape till the diameter has reached 10mm,
then fix it.
lead the fiber into the splice tray, put the heat shrinkable tube on the 2 fibers which are to be connected. After splicing, put on the stainless (or quartz) reinforce core stick, make sure the connecting point is in the middle of the housing pipe. Heat the pipe to make the fibers and tube into one. Put the protected joint into the splicing slots (each tray can lay 12 cores);
lay the remaining fiber in the splice tray evenly, and fix the them with nylon ties;
position it and use the earth wire according to the project plan.
near the inlet of the closure, winding the cable with the sealing tape, put the sealing strip into the slots around the closure edge. Then close the two parts of the shell and tighten it with stainless steel bolts. The bolts should be screwed tightly with balanced force
