LYH-450 polishing machine is developed and produced by our company for MTP/MPO patch cord and pigtail..can be used for many kinds of connectors,such as:FC/UPC,SC/UPC,ST/UPC,LC/UPC,MU/UPC,FC/APC,MT-RJ,E2000 etc. it is best for polishing MTP,MPO connectors.The polishing speed, polishing pressure and polishing time can be set separately in each process to ensure maximum process flexibility and optimal product quality. The polishing pressure is controlled by closed loop, and the stable precision can reach /-0.1LbS. Meanwhile, the time is controlled by the program controller, and the control precision is 0.1s.

Preparation Before Polishing

1 Preparation of polishing-jig

• Connect the power line and the air pressure
• Assure proper lubrication underneath polishing-jig that mates with brass ring.
• Install polishing-jig with bottom holes aligning with pins over centre-driving-shaft, assure complete contact between plate and brass-ring.

Attention: Assure correct and good mation between plate bottom holes and pins of centre-driving-shaft.

2.Placement of polishing film

Clean Glass disc over polishing-plate with tissue and alcohol, assure no dirty and other defect.

Place polishing-film to polishing-jig with centre alignment, wipe paper from middle to margin by hand, assure no air bubble underneeth.

3.Setup of polishing procedure
