FA-AD-FP1SM-S , One Piece FC Square Fiber Optic Adapter Metal Type Simplex Single Mode Red Cap

One piece adapter is relative to two piece ( split type ) adapter. One piece adapter and two piece adapter is existed in LC type, SC type and FC type and so on. Two piece ( split type ) optical fiber adapter has a serious problem, that is welding, during the process of welding , because the ceramic casing is too thin, ceramic casing may be cracked once it meet the effect of ultrasonic welding, it will directly increase high scrap rate and low efficiency, and can cause instability of poor quality. The one piece optical fiber adapter is also called free welding optical fiber adapter, because there is no welding during production, and the crack of ceramic sleeve caused by ultrasonic is totally avoided, so production efficiency and the quality stability are greatly improved.
