FA-TCX10L13-10D,Dual Fiber 10Gbps XFP Optical Fiber Transceiver With LC Duplex Interface 10KM
XFP is an abbreviated abbreviation for 10 Gigabit Small Form Factor Pluggable, it is standard fiber optic transceiver used in high speed computer network and a telecommunication link for communication through optical fiber. The XFP standard, and its XFI interface with other electronic components, was defined by an industrial group in 2002. The 10G XFP optical module is a hot pluggable I/O device that inserts into tens of megabyte ports. The XFP optical transceiver connects the system circuit with the optical network.
XFP encapsulation is smaller than earlier XENPAK and X2 encapsulation, while XENPAK and X2 are slightly larger than the original small package pluggable optical module (SFP).
The XFI electrical interface specification, as part of the XFP multilateral protocol, is the electrical interface specification of the 10Gbps chip to chip, and is also developed by the XFP MSA group. When using the 64B/66B encoding scheme, XFI can provide a single channel of 10.3125Gbit/s. The parallel / serial / conversions are often used to convert a larger interface, such as XAUI (with four paths, running at 3.125 Gbit/s, using 8B/10B encoding).
XFP is sold on the market with various transmitter and receiver types, allowing users to select suitable fiber optic transceiver for each link to achieve optical transmission on available fiber types, such as multimode fiber or single-mode fiber. XFP optical transceiver usually have several different types: SR 850nm, the max. distance is 300m, LR 1310nm, the distance is up to 10km, ER 1550nm, the distance is up to 40km, and the reachable distance of ZR - 1550nm is 80KM.
Fiberall XFP optical transceiver supports Ethernet, fiber channel and Sonet/SDH applications across a large number of routing platforms. We are able to supply you with full range of XFP fiber transceiver to meet your requirements on optical transmission network.
