The structure of GYTA53 optical cable is 250 μ M The optical fiber is sleeved into the loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. For optical cables with certain number of cores, a layer of polyetene (PE) shall be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforced core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gap in the cable core is filled with water blocking filler. A layer of polyetene inner sheath shall be extruded after longitudinal wrapping of plastic coated aluminum strip (APL), and polyetene sheath shall be extruded after longitudinal wrapping of double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) to form cable.
