Aluminum Alloy Single Point Weight Sensor For Digital Scale FA501 is a model of our brand FIBOS FA5-Series, Single Point Weight Sensor FA501 can be used to measure weight 100N,200N and 500N capacity, its Rated output range is 1.0±20%mV/V, its Zero balance range is ±1%F.S., its Creep(30min),Non-linearity,Hysteresis and Repeatability all ≤0.5%F.S..

Principle of single point sensors
The elastomer (elastic element, sensitive beam) is deformed elastically by an external force, the resistance strain gauge is pasted on its surface (conversion element) and with the deformation, the resistance changes (increases or decreases) and the corresponding measuring circuit converts the change in resistance into an electrical signal (voltage or current), thus completing the conversion process of the external signal.
