3732 0.4mm Satin Cross Twill E Glass Fiberglass Cloth For Fire Blanket
3732 fiberglass cross twill weave cloth is a kind of industrial fabric woven in satin method with E-glass roving, which is 430gsm and 0.4mm thick. Satin also called cross twill or break twill weave. Compared with the plain, it is a soft and loose structural weave with higher density.
This 0.4mm fabric can be impregnated with resin easily; Additionally this fabric is with good performance in chemical resistance, fireproofing, heat resistance, and durability. So as it is widely used in glass fiber reinforced plastics industry and other projects.
3732 fiberglass cloth can withstand 550°C(about 1022°F) continuously. It is always used in applications including thermal Insulation covers, heat/welding protection, removable exhaust blanket(with silicone coating), fireproof bags, insulation jackets, mattress and pad, ductwork connector.
To add peculiarities and to meet some special purpose, this 3732 fiberglass fabric will be coated with different coatings. For example, for fireproof and waterproof PTFE/PVC coating. For reflective aluminium foil laminating. For electrical insulation and heat resistant, Silicone/PU coating.
