Removable thermal insulation jacket/blanket protect your devices, equipment from harsh environmental conditions and various vibrations. It allows removing and reinstalling. Fiberglass heat resistant jacket is produced to insulate components includes gate valves, globe valves, PRVs, steam traps, unions, flanges, etc. Unions and flanges are essential connecting points in the piping system. For these two kind of connections, a durable thermal insulation mattress is necessary.

Because of unusual shapes of connection points, any inflexible insulation cover is out of the question. It is common for valves insulation covers to be uninsulated. So a removable insulation is recommended. This situation may lead to uneven distribution of stress on check valves in factory systems. IR Test

IR Test result of removable jacket showed that when the temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of this jacket is around 35℃.
