6oz Twill Weave E Glass Fiberglass Fabric Glass Fiber Cloth For Surfboard

Unionfull produces this surfboard cloth in plain or twill woven and has twill 4oz, 6oz and 8oz e-glass fiberglass cloth in stock. So twill weave will be more economical and with less delivery time. Twill weave is with a pattern of diagonal parallel ribs (in contrast with satin and plain weave). Each weft(or filling) yarn weave across the warp yarns in a progression of interweaves into the right or left, forming a pattern of distinct diagonal lines. The twill weave is more pliable than the plain and has better drapability.

6oz fiberglass fabric is well suited to a wide range of lightweight, general purpose applications including small boat building, reinforcing and lightweight tooling.
All fiberglass fabrics from Jotex are first quality materials manufactured by Unionfull and are compatible with both epoxy and polyester resin systems.

The width which is in stock is 80cm width for 6oz twill weave fiber glass fabric. It is common specification for surfboard building, which can meet most customers' requirements.

Except for surfboard production, 6oz giberglass fabric can be used for others. For example, it can be coated with silicone/PVC/PTFE to meet some special application, such as waterproofing, electrical insulation or chemical resistance. It also can be used for septic tank, thermal insulation jackets and fire blankets production. Now it is classified as a separate series for sport euipment building together with 4oz, 8oz, 7628 and other light weight fabrics, which is common used for sports euipment products such as snowboard, surfboard and skimboard building.
