SSU capping machine sends the bottles to the screw rod by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is transferred to the capping machine by the bottle-in star wheel which is designed based on the bottle shape, and the cap is sent by the cap elevator, which is sorted out to the cap feeding channel in an orderly manner, and then transports them to the capping station. The tightened bottles will be sent out by the bottle-out star-wheel. This is the entire process of capping.
SSU is advanced in technology, with protection alarm devices such as bottle blocking, bottle shortage, lack of cap, overload, etc., scientific process, and easy operation. It is ideal and preferred capping equipment for manufacturer, suitable for varieties of packing lines. The principle of the device transmission is shown in the figure below.
Use special tools to loosen the locking bolts to replace the capping head, pay attention to the front and back directions of the head when replacing.
The screw rod separates the bottle and is designed with bottle-in detection device, no bottle no cap-sending and the machine will automatically stop and alarm, if there is bottle stuck.
All star wheel changes are replaced as a whole. The replacement parts include the bottle-in star wheel, the bottle-out star wheel, middle star wheel, the inlet and outlet guide plates, and the outer ring.
The bottle-out is a three-transport channel structure and is equipped with an intelligent detecting device;
The qualified bottle is normally transported, and the unqualified bottle (no cap, no inner tube, high cap, and the height of the crooked cap is more than 3mm) will be automatically split the flow to another conveyor belt by the swing cylinder, and the empty bottle is detected before the capping machine is inserted.
When the capping machine stops when bottle-blocking, and it resumes automatic operation after the bottle blocking is eliminated.
