The filling machine is mainly composed of control system, conveying device, sensor detection, feeding device, storage tank, liquid level control device, filling device, bottle-clamping device and bottle stopper etc.
The capping machine is composed of several main parts, including bottle/cap feeding + automatic cap elevator and unscrambler+ inlet and outlet bottle template + capping mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control etc.

Bottle-feeding by screw rod
The screw rod separates the bottle and is designed with bottle-in detection device, no bottle no cap-sending and the machine will automatically stop and alarm, if there is bottle stuck.
Cap-feeding
Servo cap-sending greatly reduces the possibility of jamming and improves efficiency and quality.
Cap-pressing head
The pressing head uses a contouring device depending on the special shape of the cap.
Using the principle of vacuum suction cap, the cap is effectively sucked into the inside of the claw head, and mechanical valve control is used. When the pressing operation is completed, the head releases the cap.
A cushioning mechanism is designed above the pressing head so that the head protects the cap and the bottle during the capping process to prevent damage.
Changeover for different products
All star wheel changes are replaced as a whole. The replacement parts include the bottle-in star wheel, the bottle-out star wheel, middle star wheel, the inlet and outlet guide plates, and the outer ring.
Cap unscrambler with visual detection
The pressed cap unscrambler adopts “position” mode to arrange the disorderly cap regularly. The camera detect the cap direction and change it if it’s the other direction. Then, the cap is sent into the channel in an orderly manner by a vacuum inverting device, and then outputted from the cap channel in an orderly manner, and the cap is supplied to the capping machine through the cap divider.
Rejecting of unqualified products
After cap-pressing, there is a double conveyor structure with an intelligent detection device. The qualified bottles are normally transported, and the unqualified (no cap, higher cap) bottles are automatically shunted to another conveyor belt by using the swinging cylinder. When there is bottle stuck, the machine automatically stops and starts again after the problem is solved.
