Huituo linear flowmeter filling machine is a new type of filling machine, adopting flowmeter and tank pressurized to fill, which is stable and reliable with high accuracy.It can be widely used for filling a variety of bottle types. Simple adjustment and replacement of changeover parts are required, when changing production, which not only saves costs, but also greatly improves the efficiency and productivity of the entire line.
It adopts three rows for bottles to enter and exit:
First row: Bottle-in
Second row: Filling
Third row: Bottle-out
Three rows in-and-out (unpowered filling area in the middle, bottle in-and-out by cylinder side push)
The product is easy to foam, combined with the curved bottle neck, making the liquid is easy to overflow if the filling speed is too fast, resulting in prolonged filling time. In order to increase speed, a three-row bottle feeding mode is adopted, and the bottle is fed and discharged simultaneously during the filling process, which greatly improves the filling capacity.
