It is composed of the main tank body, the feeding pipe, the cleaning pipe, cleaning ball, the liquid level detection sensor, and the mechanical safety valve etc.
The liquid level of the liquid storage tank adopts probe type/guided wave radar (selected according to customer's material characteristics) to continuously and automatically feed in the set liquid level section; the liquid storage tank is additionally set with high and low level alarm and interlocking device to prevent overflow, and can be linked with the material transfer pump, the pump starts automatically when the liquid level is low, and the pump stops automatically when the liquid level is high.
The filling nozzle is a two-stage stroke structure. When the products of different specifications are replaced, the parameters can be adjusted in one touch on the touch screen without manual switching.
