There are mass flowmeters and electromagnetic flowmeters available. For the dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent, it is conductive and electromagnetic flowmeters would be suitable. If the filling material is not conductive, choose mass flowmeters.

The tank is composed of the material box, the feeding pipe, the cleaning pipe, cleaning ball, the liquid level detecting component, the pressurized air hole and the mechanical safety valve. The combination of the action of the pneumatic seat valve and the pneumatic butterfly valve on the feed pipe switches the movement direction of the fluid to realize the conversion between the feed of the tank and the CIP cleaning.
The liquid level sensing element uses a guided wave radar with continuous level detection(the level sensor will be chosen based on the filling material). The feeding of the tank is carried out according to the liquid level detection feedback signal. When the liquid level is at the set low level, the butterfly valve is opened and the feeding is started. When the high level is set, the butterfly valve closes and the feed is stopped. The pressure tank is mechanically protected by a safety valve. When the internal pressure of the tank is too high, the safety valve opens and relieves pressure.
The real-time pressure of the tank is detected by the pressure sensor, and the pressure is applied through the proportional control valve. The real-time pressure is fed back to the operation screen of the filling machine, and the pressure can be adjusted on the operation screen.
The filling nozzle design will be based on the speed requirement and filling material physicochemical characteristics. When changing different products for production, the parameters can be adjusted on the touch screen without manual switching.
