Application

Applying to the film automatic wrapping of boxes in various industries (golden tear tape included), this machine is equipped with a new double-safeguard mechanism, which make it unnecessary to stop normal operation and cause undamaged to parts in case of running out of synchronization. The original one-way hand wheel prevents the machine from shaking adversely, and the hand wheel remains no rotation during operation so as to make the operator safer. The mould can be replaced without regulating the height of the work table top on both sides, and without disassembling discharge chain and hopper.

The machine is widely used in automatic cellophane wrapping (golden tear tape included) for various boxes in such industries as pharmaceutical, health care products, food, cosmetics, stationery, audio-video products.

4. New type dual-rotation film cutter allows it to operate continuously for years without process of blade sharpen, therefore, the defects of traditional single-rotation fixed cutter blade that is prone to wearing is removed.
