3 Layer CPP CPE EVA Cast Film Co Extrusion Line, High Precise Sheet Extrusion Line

CPP,CPE, EVA 3-layer Cast Film Co Extrusion Line is mainly to produce 3-layer co-extruded cast film, cling film and air penetrating film. With 3 extruders.

Feature:

1) The screw is of hi mixing, hi plastifying design. With static mixer to insure top plastify quality and keep stable extrusion.

2) Highly precise autmatic/ manual T-die. If you choose inline Quality Control System to build a real automatic extrusion line, the quality will be marvellous.

3) With both positive and negative pressure devices to insure less film thickness error.

4) As per your product characteristics and film thicknss, you may choose automatic turret, frictional winder station or central frictional winder station.

5) The whole co-extrusion line is controlled by a central computer.
