Description

CPP Sheet Extrusion Line , Plastic Sheet Extrusion Machine

CPP Sheet Extrusion Line is designed and promoted from foreign same type. Adopted only top quality materials and PLC system to insure accurate control. High production. PP resin granule is the main original material. It may produce casted PP sheet of 0.04－0.12 mm thick. It is widely used in plastic, flexible packaging and stationery product manufacturing plants.
Applicable original materials: PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, EAA, PA, EVOH, etc.
It is to produce CPP,CPE, pearlite film, high obstruction film, stretch film and other protection films.

Advatages:
· Stable extruder platform. Gear case employed imported shaft components. With forced lubing system. Automatic feeding system. Easy operation.
· The screw employed a design of special material- mixing functions and high curing capacity. Imported German static state mixer is to coordinate with it so as to insure plastic granule melting, same color and luster and high production.
· Quick, automatic & hydraulic screen replacement to realize easy job and high production.
· The T-die (Leading top quality Taiwan Jingcheng T-die) adopted a special double-flow saving design to make sheet's thickness adjustment more accurate.
· Temperature control employed OMRON system. Error is within +/- 1 centigrade. The curing process, sheet thickness and smoothness is well controlled.
· Both forming roller and cooling roller are with double-return-route cooling system. They are to coordinate with computerized die temperature controller so as to insure accurate control of roller surface temperature, smooth sheets and same thickness.
· Winding station: Employed a big torque motor. With automatic tension control, it may freely adjust the speed and winding tension so as to insure tidy sheet winding. With the slitting devices, it may preset product width. With a counter for presetting of product weight by conversion.
· Electrical control system adopted imported safety standard components. Space saving. Easy operation. Product width: As buyer requested.
