Production process

1 First, We choose all best raw material to do it.Including activated carbon, filter body wire mesh, flange, pre-filter and box.

2 Then,we have strictly production and inspection process. Professional vibration equipment, make the activated carbon clean and no dust.

3 We will adding a program before filling carbon, In order to prevent the leakage of activated carbon. It’s a special treatment black non-woven fabric inside the pellet carbon filter that is anti-static.

4 When filling the activated carbon, there is a vibration device under the filter, so there is enough activated carbon in the filter.

5 The Remove odor carbon filter is being placed a clean filter paper after finished but before packing. So keep the 30mm carbon depth carbon filter clean.
