Multi Station Hydraulic Stretching Machine For Filter Housings Making

1, General description

The automatic production line is mainly used for making small filter housing. Five steps: (1) punch round piece (2) first stretching (3)second stretching (4) third stretching (5) trimming.

2, Machine Specifications

1. General speaking: this machine includes 4 sets of hydraulic system units and 1 set of auto-feeding system, each workstation is connected by the mechanical hands to achieve the automation of material feeding and the 4 stations working.

2. Auto-feeding system

The Max. diameter of round steel piece: Ф420 mm

Thickness of round steel piece: 0.5~1 mm

The Max. height of round steel pieces stack: 300 mm

3. The pressure of 4 main-hydraulic cylinders: 500 kN, 300 kN, 300 kN, 300/500 kN
