Metal Stamping Press Machine Filter Housing Progressive Punching Production Line Stamping Manufacturing Process
1, General Description
1. The whole line is consists of below four parts:
(1) JH25-250T C-FRAME TWO POINT PRESS
(2) KD-500-200-2 QUADRATIC TRANSFER HAND
(3) NC-RF-600/30AUTO DECOILER & FEEDER
(4) FILTER HOUSING PUNCHING & STRETCHING MOULD
2. The raw material of the automatic production line is coil material of steel.
The auto de-coiler & feeder pass the steel belt with set length to the first step of molds.
The five steps of moulds are working by the two-point press machine at the same time
to make the final filter housing step by step with transfer hand automatically.
The waste material and finished filter housing are output by two slots.
3.Process description:
The automatic production line is mainly used for making small filter housing with Max.
Φ92mm and height 130mm. Five steps: (1) punch round piece (2) first stretching (3)
second stretching (4) third stretching (5) trimming.

(3) Mould frame: material 45 # steel.
