2.JSMRGF-100 series seaming machines adopt the control combining electricity and gas. The feeding movements of the first set of rollers (two rollers) and the second set of rollers (two rollers) are completed by the movements of two cams. The cylinder completes the feeding movement of the cam rollers at one time according to the preset program for feeding and discharging workpieces. The material used for the can seaming rollers is Cr12MoV. It has high hardness after quenching, good wear resistance and an increased service life. This machine is used for sealing the outer shells of spin-on oil filters and diesel filters with the sealing fixing plates.
