Gridded membrane filter single packing sterile for Microbial Limit Test
Mixed Cellulose Esters, including Nitro cellulose and Acetate Cellulose,which is also known as Nitrocellulose.
Cellulose gridded membrane or microbial limit test membrane, is essentially a sterilized microbial limit test circular membrane with a grid. Using different pore sizes to enrich designated bacteria for cultivation, mainly used for counting and detecting the total number of molds and yeast. The membrane materials are mainly mixed cellulose (MCE), nitrocellulose (CN), and polyethersulfone (PES). Diameter 25mm/37mm/47mm/50mm, pore size 0.22 μ M/0.45 μ M/0.8 μ M. Microbial limit test specialized membrane (MCE) is tested for performance comparison (such as liquid flow rate, microbial recovery growth rate).
Features
- Most suitable for microbial interception and growth, with a microbial resurrection rate greater than 90%
- The membrane is equipped with grid lines, which facilitate the resolution and counting of colonies without affecting their growth;
- Single piece sterile packaging, direct use, saves sterilization time and avoids secondary pollution during operation;
- The combination of different colored membranes and grid lines is suitable for different microbial detection. White background and black grid 0.45 μ m. detecting bacteria and Escherichia coli in water, mainly used for counting Escherichia coli and bacterial colonies; Black background and white grid 0.45 μ m mainly used for counting and detecting the total number of molds and yeast
Applications
- Sterile filtration, air detection, particle detection, and particle removal
- Microbial analysis of deionized water
- Particle detection, particle removal, detection of microorganisms, yeast, and mold in dairy products
- Quality analysis of fluids, particle collection and analysis use
