Non-sterile 13mm or 25mm Nylon Syringe filter GC HPLC Syringe Filters
Nylon syringe filters are typically composed of naturally hydrophilic nylon membranes and ultrasonically-welded PP housing.These syringe filters are mostly used for handling aqueous solutions such as alkaline or organic solvent filtration of HPLC samples as they have a strong chemical resistance to alkaline samples, with a pH compatibility range of 3-14.
The nylon syringe filters from us can be made in your nominated color, either in sterile single-packaging or non-sterile barrel packaging. These filters are ultrasonically welded to guarantee no liquid or gas leakage while being subjected to high pressure. No membrane replacement or filter cleaning is required, the single-use syringe filters are a great help to lab staffs freeing them from the trivial and time-consuming preparation, and therefore are widely embraced by laboratories across the world.
The Nylon syringe filters we produce contains high performance hydrophilic Nylon membrane filter. And the Nylon membranes are manufactured in our 100,000 class facilities, while the body of the syringe filters are manufactured just a few miles away in our new Injection Molding workshop.
