XINNA ePTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene membrane) inherently possesses hydrophobicity and breathability. It is widely used in various applications for medical and other industrial components such as Vents, TPs, and more.
XINNA ePTFE are manufactured through a thermal laminating process with nonwoven materials, it is binde free and contains zero soluble substances, with excellent peel resistance and stable strength. Multiple assembly methods such as back-adhesive, thermite welding, ultrasonic welding, and high-frequency welding are allowed.
We have also developed nonwoven materials with greater compatibility to ensure the welding strength between complex various housing plastic and the membrane. What’s more, Xinna can further enhance ePTFE membrane to have additional oleophobic properties, effectively preventing impregnation of liquids with low surface tension such as alcohols and lipids, ensuring membrane stable breathability.
Our PTFE membrane plays an important role in the medical sub-field. It can be used as a venting membrane for infusion devices, installed on the precision filter or vent of the infusion device, ensuring smooth, accurate, and safe infusion processes. By using PTFE membranes, we can improve the efficiency and quality of infusion devices, providing better medical services for patients.
