Description

Flat flex belting is also called chocolate conveyor belt, which is made by assembling bent stainless steel wires. This innovative design lasts significantly longer than other flex-style belts:

Application

Widely used in the electronics industry, the solidification of the circuit board, solid fusion, drying, reflow soldering. Cap industry of plastic drying; for chocolate, biscuits, fish baked, frozen and dry, with B network edge can be used in food industry chain drive.

Both ends of straight wire are bent, and the wires having bent ends are assembled.　These belts are most simple ones.

Some versions can be provided with the U bars preventing products falling.　The material is generally SUS 304 or hard steel wire.
