Stainless Steel Dutch Weave Wire Mesh Disc
The weave is made up of a limited number of warp wires interwoven with the maximum number of weft wires, producing a very strong and firm cloth. Dutch weave has high level of mechanical load and flow and minimal pressure drop.
In all types of Dutch Weaves, the sum derived from multiplying the number of weft in a given measurement by their diameter, results in theory, in a specification with no open area. Because the wires are driven together during the weaving process, the aperture size cannot be calculated in the usual way.
Characteristics:
1. Warp wire has bigger dia than shute wire
2. Shute wires are possibly bound close to each other
3. High accuracy
4. Nominal or no pressure loss while filtration
5. Supreme filtration surface
6. More stable than square and rectangular wire mesh
Features:
Excellent filtration performance;
Acid resistance;
High temperature resistance;
Tensil and abrasion resistence;
Stability of filtration;
Fine and high precision;
Material: Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.
Weaving Methods: Plain Dutch Weave, Twill Dutch Weave
Dutch weave wire mesh also known as “Hollander weave mesh” is ideal for high-pressure filtration as this is stronger and more durable than plain weave wire meshes. The Dutch uses larger diameters and each weave pattern is made up of a limited number of warp wires, which are interwoven with weft wires creating a cloth that can withstand strong pressure. This type of mesh is usually used for liquid filtration for petrochemical, aerospace, pharmaceutical and even on wastewater treatment facilities.
Application:
Products are mainly used for gas separation, liquid filtration and other medium. Widely used in precision pressure filter, fuel filter, vacuum filter, filter materials, aerospace, petroleum, pharmaceutical, sugar, oil, chemical industry, chemical fiber, rubber, tire manufacturing, metallurgy, food, health, scientific research and other industries.
