Round Hole Perforated Metal
Round Hole Perforated Metal Sheet is the most common sheet pattern. It is produced into a broad selection of diameters, gauges, materials and sheet sizes. The holes are made in staggered row or straight row patterns.
Round Hole Perforated Metal Sheet is a fully functioning product by its shape of perforated opening, gauge and size. It is a lightweight sheet with optically appealing holes and is fit in the various architectural and display applications. It not only helps in separation and screening of fluids but also allows a complete flow of light and air. The Round Hole Perforated Sheet retains a high percentage of its strength after perforation.
Many perforated metals are produced with round holes that are easier to make and maintain higher efficiency at lesser cost than the other hole patterns.
Material:
Stainless steel plate. Other materials such as carbon steel, nickel, copper or aluminum also available.
Stainless Steel | 201, 202, 304, 316, 321, 410, 430 |
Copper | brass, pure copper, phosphor bronze |
Aluminum | 1050, 1060, 1100, 5052, 5056 |
Carbon Steel | High Carbon Steel, Mild Carbon Steel, Low Carbon Steel |
Pattern Angle of Round Hole Perforated Metal:
1) 45° Round Hole Perforated;
2) 60° Round Hole Perforated staggered arrangement is also called ‘plum arrangement’, which provide natural high strength and wide open area, being the most popular angle in perforated hole arrangement;
3) 90° Round Hole Perforated, straight arrangement for perforated metal.
Features:
Stainless steel perforated metal is punched into various patterns. It is winding resistant, ageing resistant and corrosion resistant. The surface of the sheet metal is smooth, it is strong and durable.
Applications:
1. Ventilation of air, light, sound and gases
2. Fluids screening
3. Pressure equalization or control
4. Sun shades and architectural finishes
5. Separation of ores or rocks
6. Grinding seed and spices
7. Add innovation to store fixture screens
6. Enhanced security in doors, windows and gates
