Stainless Steel Filter Cloth by 5-Heddle Weave Pattern, Mechanical Stability

Five Heddle Woven Stainless Steel Wire Cloth

Five heddle weave is produced by passing each fill wire alternately over and under five warp wires. The pattern is staggered on successives warp wires, giving the appearance of parallel diagonal lines. This weave allows the use of proportionately heavier wires in a particular mesh count(number of openings per lineal inch) than is possible in other weave. This wire cloth are used as filtration of petroleum in chemical industries, in the form of filter ribbons or filter elements.

Material: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Pure metal, heating alloy, nickel alloy materials are available.

Each warp wire alternately goes under and above each one and four weft wires, and each weft wire goes under and above each one and four warp wires alternately.

The outstanding feature of a five heddle twilled weave is its particularly smooth surface structure.This is extremely beneficial for filtration ,for example,it enables filter cake to be easily removed.At the same time,the open underside has exceptionally good de-watering efficiency.The weave provides high flow rates in conjunction with top mechanical quality.
