Micro Expanded Metal Mesh Stainless Steel

Made from different metal plate materials, diamond hole expanded metal is being slit and stretched by punching machines, forming into a kind of metal plate with diamond holes. This kind of product has sturdy construction and hole shape can keep not deformed for long time. For its unique structure, diamond hole expanded metal has features of lightweight, reinforced performance, uniform mesh connection, easy construction, strong adhesion, shock resistance and so on. According to different materials, hole sizes and surface treatment, diamond hole expanded metal are widely used in various of fields.

5x2.5 mm aperture micro expanded metal is made from 0.2-0.5mm thickness metal plate by uniformly slit and stretched, forming 5x2.5 mm micro diamond opening in the metal sheet. For its uniform small openings and flat surface, it is widely used for headphones grille, speaker grille, phone speaker grille, battery mesh and other filtration support etc.

Nickel: N2, N4, N6, nickel alloy 2080, monel 400, monel 600

Note: SS304, SS316 is the most common material.

Standard Expanded Metal is directly slit and stretched by punching machines without other processing,The strand width and bond come in with an angle with the plate surface. This kind structure increase the strength and hardness of expanded metal,it also brings better anti-slipping and reinforcing performance.
