Pre-Crimped Wire Mesh--Long Slot Type

Long slot screen is designed with five filled wires that are grouped together to enhance the open area. We mainly produce the mesh with stainless steel material, the most common grade is SS304. Pre-crimped mesh processing is Pre-crimping before Weaving. Compared with rectangular slot screens, woven wire Long slot screens assemblely by double or triple shute crimped wire, reduce blinding screening wet, irregular and other special shape material in mining, quarry, aggregate production industries. Besides square hole size, long slot hole type also widely used in different industries.
