Stainless Steel Twill Dutch Filter Cloth
Twilled Dutch weave wire cloth (also called Touraille), is fewer thick warp wires, many thin weft wires, except the weave pattern is twilled which allows the maximum number of weft wires. In a twilled weave, the wires cross two under and two over, allowing heavier wires and higher mesh counts. Dutch twill is a surface filtration media and allowing the smallest openings. Smooth surface, very solid, specially used for finest filtration. Due to the complex manufacturing process, production of this mesh takes longer than that of other meshes.
We produce twilled dutch weave with a fineness of 5 μm to 250 μm absolute aperture. Twilled dutch weave is produced on the basis of the common materials in accordance with AISI/SUS 304 and 316 series. On request customized versions with special materials such as nickel or Hastelloy are also available.
Material: Stainless steel, hastelloy, nickel, inconel, titanium, monel metal, phosphor bronze, other metals.
Weaving methods: Twilled Dutch Weave Pattern
Features:
Zero aperture.
Light-proof woven.
High resistance due to tight wire position.
Extreme low absolute grade of fineness (down to 5 – 6 μm).
Heat resistance.
Acid and alkali resistance.
Corrosion and rust resistance.
Pore size > 5 µm.
Application: Twilled dutch weave wire cloth is widely used in precision pressure filters, Nutsche filters, Precoat filter systems, fuel filters, Sand control screens, petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, rubber, tire manufacturing, metallurgy, medicine, food and so on. It is the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications, such as aero-space and fuel.
