Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth
Square wire mesh made of stainless steel, can be further divided into plain weave square wire mesh and twilled weave square wire mesh. The square weaves (PSW, TSW) are woven with straight through square holes, are thin and flexible, and are often used in the separation and classification of solid particles. These square weaves have very high flow rates and square see through openings.
135mesh plain weave wire mesh including 135 wires and openings per inch. The wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. It can also be used as a liquid or gas fine filter material.

Weaving Type: Plain weave & Twilled Weave
Plain Weave: also called tabby weave, linen weave or taffeta weave, is the most basic type of weaves. In plain weave, the warp and weft are aligned so they form a simple criss-cross pattern. Each weft thread crosses the warp threads by going over one, then under the next, and so on. The next weft thread goes under the warp threads that its neighbor went over, and vice versa.
Twilled Weave: In a twill weave, each weft or filling yarn floats across the warp yarns in a progression of interlaces to the right or left, forming a distinct diagonal line. This diagonal line is also known as a wale. A float is the portion of a yarn that crosses over two or more yarns from the opposite direction.
Characteristics:
High tension, much higher tension than common polyester mesh,and this property is very suitable.
Super precision: uniform wire diameter and aperture with extremely low difference.
Low elongation: very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension.
High flexibility: the wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension.
High corrosion resistance: the excellent corronsion resistance of stainless steel wire exceeds polyester fiber.
Non-electrostatic: to avoid affects of nonelectrostatic for printing and ensure the safety of priting.
Good heat melting resistance:special features of steel wire mesh suitable for heta-melting ink.
Good solvent resistance: to avoid the affects of any solvents to wire mesh.
Applications:
Stainless steel wire mesh, with its excellent acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, heat-resisting, wear-resisting, find extensive use in processing of oils, chemicals, food, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, airspace, machine making, etc.
