Stainless Steel Twill Weave Wire Cloth
Twill Weave Wire Mesh: In the Twilled Woven Wire Mesh, the wires of the weft and the warp intercross two above and two below, inverting the intersections of the warp wire at an established distance, obtaining a rigid, stable and robust type of wire mesh fabric. The pattern is staggered on successive warp wires, giving the appearance of parallel diagonal lines.
230 mesh twill weve stainless steel wire mesh including 230 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.036mm diameter wire, by twill weaving, woven 230 mesh opening for 0.074mm liquid or gas filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better. Material can easily bend by hand and cut with scissors and laser. Commonly used for laboratories, screen printing, and filters. This market grade mesh is woven from a standard wire diameter which is heavier than the wire used to weave bolting cloth.

304 stainless steel: Most common stainless alloy used in wire weaving. Excellent corrosion properties and can withstand temperatures of 1100 Degrees F.
304L stainless steel: Similar properties as 304ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.
316 stainless steel: Similar properties to 304ss but is stabilized by the addition of Molybdenum for increased resistance to chemical corrosion.
316L stainless steel: Similar properties as 316ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.

Applications:
Crossed twilled wire mesh are basic components in the production of filters, colanders for aliments, chemicals products, shielding, mosquito nets, etc.
This weave allows the use of proportionately heavier wires in a particular mesh count(number of openings per lineal inch) than is possible in plain weave.
This cloth has a wide application capable of supporting greater loads and finer filtrations.
