Stainless Steel Twill Weave Wire Cloth

Twill Weave Wire Mesh:

Each shute wire typically passes over two warp wires and under two, producing square openings. Twill weave can be made from larger-diameter wires than would be possible in plain square weave to obtain greater strength, density, or corrosion resistance.

250 mesh twill weve stainless steel wire mesh including 250 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.04-0.05mm diameter wire, by twill weaving, woven 250 mesh opening for 0.051-0.061mm liquid or gas filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better. 250 wires per inch. Material can easily bend by hand and cut with scissors and laser. Commonly used for laboratories, screen printing, and filters. This market grade mesh is woven from a standard wire diameter which is heavier than the wire used to weave bolting cloth.
