Stainless Steel Bearing Bar Grating is manufactured by resistance welding bearing bars and cross bars in accordance with a certain interval orthogonal combination, through cutting, notching, opening hole, edging and other deep processing, forming into metal bar gratings as customers' required. Cross bar is often made of twisted square bar. Pressure welded steel bar greetings possess good features including high strength, light weight, attractive appearance, durable, good ventilation, lighting, heat radiation, self-cleaning, easy to maintain and so on. Compared with other bar gratings, pressure welded type would be better to satisfy various of different conditions. Therefore, pressure welded bar gratings are the most common type used on the market, mainly for drainage cover, platforms,ventilation grates, stair tread etc.

Material:

1) Stainless steel: 201, 202, 304, 316, 321, 410, 430. The most common material is SS304 (SUS304), SS316 (SUS316) or SS316L (SUS316L) is also available.

2) Carbon/plain steel: low carbon steel, mild carbon steel, high carbon steel.
