635 Twill Weave Mesh With SS316L
635 mesh twill weave stainless steel wire mesh including 635 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.015mm diameter wire, by twill weaving, woven 635 mesh opening for 0.025mm liquid or gas filter. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.
Material: SS316L. Similar properties as 316ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.

High tension, much higher tension than common polyester mesh,and this property is very suitable.
Super precision: uniform wire diameter and aperture with extremely low difference.
Low elongation: very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension.
High flexibility: the wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension.
High corrosion resistance: the excellent corronsion resistance of stainless steel wire exceeds polyester fiber.
Non-electrostatic: to avoid affects of nonelectrostatic for printing and ensure the safety of priting.
Good heat melting resistance:special features of steel wire mesh suitable for heta-melting ink.
Good solvent resistance: to avoid the affects of any solvents to wire mesh.
