Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh

Stainless steel wire mesh is made of high quality stainless steel wire and formed under the specific temperature conditions and then through drawing machine stretched to the provision of the wire. It show the sparse and dense of the wire mesh. In general, higher than 80 for the mesh is known as a high mesh. Less than 80 purpose called coarse mesh.

60 mesh plain weave stainless steel wire mesh including 60 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.12-0.23mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 60 mesh opening for 0.1-0.3mm solid particles , it can also be used as a liquid or gas fine filter material.. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.



Materials: SS201, SS202; SS301, SS302, SS304, SS304L, SS309, SS309S, SS310, SS310S, SS316, SS316L, SS321; SS410, SS420, SS430.

Characteristics:
This wire structure is precision, uniform mesh, the mesh filtration accuracy is good, anti-wearing, high temperature resistant, acid resistant, corrosion-resistant properties.


Square aperture,high flow through and relative high open area,as result less pressure drop during filtration.


Meantime stainless steel square mesh also has the features of acid resistance , alkaline-resisting property, heat-resisting feature, wear-resistant and high temperature property.

Applications:
This kind of stainless steel wire mesh are widely used in acid, alkali screening and filtration under environmental conditions, the oil industry for the mud net, chemical fiber chemical industry for sieving, environmental protection, minerals, aviation, paper industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating industry for pickling and so on. Mainly used as laboratories and filters, sifting powders, process screening and sieving, hydraulic filters, plastic extrusion, papermaking, decorative/cosmetic mesh, food use, shielding, plastic extrusion particles mesh, chemical filler, etc.
