Designed as air aspirating discharge devices, foam generator is used principally for the protection of dikes, open floating-roof storage tanks, and rim seals, where low-velocity foam streams are desired. Foam generator generally is installed in the line of a semi-fixed or fixed foam fire-protection system, mounted either horizontally or vertically.Foam generator's feature of all-brass construction is for using in harsh and corrosive environments. Foam generator air inlets is covered with stainless mesh, and supplied with standard NPT threaded inlets and outlets.

The PC series low expansion foam generator is the main unit for above-liquid low expansion fire extinguishing system. This low expansion foam generator allows foam solution to mix with air and form air foams and then sprayed out by fairing or foam nozzle. It can be divided into horizontal and vertical according to its structure.
